To emphatically summarize my review at the start, Shari was the MVP of my summer! After some major life events, I had to sell my mother's home (and the house I spent my childhood/adolescent years in) and I was absolutely in over my head with what to do and where to start (and with a million other voices pushing/pulling me in every single direction). Shari listed our rental condo in Chesterfield, MO. She found the ideal buyer (a cash buyer) and we closed just as our lease agreement with our tenant expired. Very professional and easy to work with.

Several weeks ago, my son was having a lot of trouble finding an apartment in St. Louis for graduate school (we live out of state). It seemed like it was always something - bad reviews, pricing, add-on costs, etc. Being a realtor myself, and after reading Shari's reviews, I picked up the phone and called her. She was lovely and so professional from the moment she answered. I explained what he was looking for (the area, budget, etc.), and she immediately said she could help and not to worry. That evening, she went out and videotaped several walkthroughs of apartments in the area. She actually lives close by, which was so helpful with all the questions we had as well . Shari went above and beyond to help us—someone she didn't even know. Profession to profession, mom to mom, she jumped right in and certainly helped lessen the worry about the search. We are so grateful to have met her. If I ever need a realtor again in St. Louis, whether now or in the future, I would call her !
